There is a lot of companies offering various systems for automation and protection but in the end the complaint will end up at an abuse manager who will look and make a decision on it based on the info provided.
When reporting abuse it is important to report it to the right place who can actually do something about it. But it is just as important to provide relevant proof of the abuse you report. What you see as abuse is not necessarily what the abuse manager see when looking at the content or the domain.
What is DNSABUSE
The DNS Abuse Framework define it this way "DNS Abuse is composed of five broad categories of harmful activity insofar as they intersect with the DNS: malware, botnets, phishing, pharming, and spam"

There is something on a webpage I don't like
In that case this should reported to the one responsible for publishing and a remove request made. Depending on the content there is different places and ways you can report it

Someone posted my private pictures
There is several ways of getting content removed, some is free and others can sometimes cost a fee to get help

My trademark is violated
This is technically not abuse but IP infringement and you should probably contact a lawyer
